Recipe Ingredients
500g Dragon mature grated
2 teaspoon cornflour
240ml beer or cider
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Black Pepper
Herbs Optional
Recipe Directions
1.Mix cheese and cornflour in large bowl to get an even coating of flour on cheese shreds
2.Add and mix pepper and herbs
3.Heat the beer and mustard in a non stick pan
4.Gradually add grated cheese mix, allowing the cheese to melt and become smooth before adding more
5.Serve immediately with crusty bread or vegetables for dipping
