Step by Step

Recipe Ingredients
16 small skewers
16 small cubes Maplewood smoked cheddar
16 small cubes Cavern cheddar
16 small cubes Penderyn Whisky cheddar
8 chargrilled peppers cut into 32 squares
16 pitted green olives
Basil leaves
Recipe Directions
Thread the skewers with the 3 different cheeses interspersed with peppers, olives and basil
Add your own additions such as roasted red onions
Place the whisky cheddar on skewer last as quite crumbly and will reduce breakage if on end of skewer
Can be prepared in advance of covered and kept chilled in fridge
