Recipe Ingredients
2 Baking Potatoes
60g Dragon Vintage Cheddar with Leeks
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cooked Ham
1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
Cracked Black Pepper
Sea Salt
Olive Oil
ALTERNATIVE FILLING
60g Mature Cheddar
1 tablespoon of chilli sauce (depends how hot you like it)
Recipe Directions
1.Pre-heat oven to 200C/ gas 6
2.Rub your washed potatoes with olive oil and sea salt
3.Bake until cooked through and crisp on the outside (approx. 1 hour)
4.Remove from the oven and allow to cool
5.Scoop potato out of skin into a bowl
6.Add the cheese, ham and mustard and mix well
7.Fill the potato skins with the filling and bake again until golden brown and crispy
