Dragon Cheese Straws

Recipe Ingredients
320g ready-rolled puff pastry
150g of Dragon cheese
Recipe Directions
Pre-heat the over to 220C/200 fan/gas mark 7.
Unroll the pastry sheet and scatter with ¾ of the cheese
Fold the sheet in half and roll until around ½cm thick. Cut into 1cm strips (10cm long)
You can either leave as rectangular or twist a few times for more texture.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment. Scatter over the rest of the cheese and bake for 12 mins until golden.
Leave to cool on the baking tray. Be careful when removing them as they’ll be fragile. Store in an airtight container.
