Step by Step


Recipe Ingredients
280g oats
100g Dragon Welsh Salted butter
1 tsp baking powder
50g raw Welsh honey
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g of plain dark chocolate – cut into chunks
Recipe Directions
Preheat the oven to 180c then grease and line 2 standard baking trays/sheets.
In a large bowl combine the oats and baking powder.
In a small saucepan on a low heat; melt the butter, honey and then mix in the vanilla extract.
Pour this into the oat mixture, crack in two eggs and combine. You should end up with a thick consistency; just take your time to make sure it’s well mixed.
Stir in the chunks of chocolate.
Then using clean hands take a portion, roll into a ball then flatten in the palms of your hands to make a cookie like shape; transfer to the baking tray and repeat. Make sure to leave some space between each cookie.
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 12 mins.
Remove from oven and allow to cool fully, transfer to a wire rack.
Once cooled store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
