280g oats |
100g Dragon Welsh Salted butter |
1 tsp baking powder |
50g raw Welsh honey |
2 eggs |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
100g of plain dark chocolate – cut into chunks |

Preheat the oven to 180c then grease and line 2 standard baking trays/sheets. |
In a large bowl combine the oats and baking powder. |
In a small saucepan on a low heat; melt the butter, honey and then mix in the vanilla extract. |
Pour this into the oat mixture, crack in two eggs and combine. You should end up with a thick consistency; just take your time to make sure it’s well mixed. |
Stir in the chunks of chocolate. |
Then using clean hands take a portion, roll into a ball then flatten in the palms of your hands to make a cookie like shape; transfer to the baking tray and repeat. Make sure to leave some space between each cookie. |
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 12 mins. |
Remove from oven and allow to cool fully, transfer to a wire rack. |
Once cooled store in an airtight container. Enjoy! |
